WHY WE STARTED
MKR Building Solutions didn't start with a business plan. It started with a pattern we kept seeing across Greater Boston's office parks and mixed-use properties: property managers were tired of chasing five different contractors just to keep one building running.
"One roof leak meant three phone calls, two no-shows, and a week of waiting."

An electrician for the panel, a plumber for the leak, a painter for the touch-up, a separate crew for the flooring — and a property manager stuck coordinating all of it, on top of everything else on their plate.
We built MKR to be the fix: one team, trained across every trade a commercial building actually needs, answering to one point of contact. No more chasing. No more guessing who's coming, or when.
